Introducing Broad Spectrum CBD Tinctures

After receiving multiple requests to create a “broad spectrumCBD tincture, we’ve launched a “Broad Spectrum Nano Tincture.”

What is Broad-Spectrum CBD?

Broad-spectrum CBD is CBD that has been extracted from the cannabis plant, specifically a hemp plant, with all of the other compounds from the plant except for THC. This means it contains essential oils and other cannabinoids from the plant.

Should I Choose Broad-Spectrum CBD or CBD Isolate?

While CBD isolate contains only CBD, which is one of 100+ compounds found in the cannabis plant, broad-spectrum CBD contains all parts of the cannabis plant (including terpenes and essential oils), minus THC which is the psychoactive ingredient that gets you “high.”

By utilizing the full cannabis plant (minus the THC), broad-spectrum CBD is said to create an “entourage effect” as the other 100+ compounds combine together to create additional medicinal benefits, beyond what CBD can supply on its own.

Sounds great? So why wouldn’t you try broad-spectrum CBD?

One is not necessarily better than the other; it’s a personal preference.

CBD isolate is the purest from of CBD, which is ideal for those who may have a sensitivity to other parts of the cannabis plant.

And while CBD has been greatly researched, the other components of the cannabis plant are have not received as much attention, so less is known about their positive (and possible) side effects.

What is Nano-Tincture?

CBD tinctures are made with oil, which means it has to be broken down by the body to be absorbed. This is why it’s suggested to hold CBD tinctures under your tongue or to swish it in your mouth before swallowing so that you have a better absorption rate.

A nano-tincture (also known as water-soluble) is formulated differently so that it can be quicker received by the body to deliver faster results.

Nano-tincture also mixes in liquids, so if you add CBD tinctures to your drink the oil doesn’t puddle at the top.

The Takeaway
